On March 8-9, 2019 at the Womensphere Emerging Leaders Global Summit & Awards during International Women’s Day, at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center in New York City, Womensphere will recognize and honor 300 emerging leaders across America and around the world:

  • Womensphere Top 100 Emerging Women Leaders in Innovation & STEAM

  • Womensphere Top 100 Emerging Leader Champions of Community, Equality & Sustainability (welcoming all genders)

Womensphere invites companies, organizations, academic institutions, communities, and individuals to honor and recognize the emerging leaders (across all genders) who are inspiring role models, and whose leadership and work have created positive impact in innovation, equality, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and social responsibility, across all fields and disciplines.

Womensphere Top 100 Emerging Women Leaders

Who to nominate:  Women ages 18-45, from college to the workplace

Attributes we are looking for:

  • Purpose-driven leadership in the workplace, institution and/or community

  • Inspirational and positive impact in the workplace, institution and/or community

  • Compassion, generosity of spirit, willingness to mentor and support others

  • Principled, ethical, trustworthy and trusted leadership

  • Demonstrated commitment to empowering colleagues, teams, and people

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team well, create a positive culture, and foster teamwork

  • Collaborative spirit and teamwork orientation

  • Stewardship mindset  for one’s community, institution, society, our planet

  • Inspiring role model in one’s field, and broadly, in society

Who to nominate: Women ages 18-45, from college to the workplace

Attributes we are looking for:

All of the above-mentioned attributes for the Top 100 Emerging Women Leaders, plus:

  • Demonstrated innovation leadership in one’s field/discipline and/or demonstrated leadership in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts & design, mathematics)

  • Pioneering spirit and spearheading pioneering work in STEAM and/or innovation that creates a better future

Womensphere Top 100 Emerging Leader Champions of Community, Equality & Sustainability

Who to nominate:  Emerging leaders of all genders, ages 18-45, all fields

Attributes we are looking for:

  • Purpose-driven leadership in the workplace, institution and/or community

  • Compassion, generosity of spirit, willingness to mentor and support others

How do we honor and recognize the inspiring emerging leaders in our institutions and communities?

Womensphere invites companies, organizations, academic institutions, communities, and individuals to honor and recognize the emerging leaders (across all genders) who are inspiring role models, and whose leadership and work have created positive impact in equality, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and social responsibility. 

Nomination is an honor and a way of recognizing inspiring leadership among emerging leaders.

  • Honor and reward inspiring leadership, among next generation leaders - women, men, emerging leaders of all genders.

  • Celebrate inspiring women who are emerging as leaders and role models in their fields.

  • Recognize inspiring men and emerging leaders of all genders who are champions of diversity, inclusion, equality, and social responsibility.
